Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for spa services via phone, email, or in person.

Answer inquiries about spa services, packages, and products, providing accurate information and recommendations.

Process payments and handle cash register duties efficiently.

Maintain accurate client records and update appointment scheduling systems.

Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Provide guests with necessary forms, such as consent or intake forms, and ensure proper paperwork is completed.
