Job Description

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their health, wellness goals, and preferences before providing any treatments.
Recommend appropriate treatments based on individual client needs, ensuring the selection of the best services to address concerns such as stress, muscle tension, skin care, etc.
Explain the benefits of treatments and answer any questions clients may have about the procedures or products used.

Perform a variety of professional massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone, and other specialized modalities.
Provide clients with personalized massages aimed at alleviating tension, improving circulation, and enhancing relaxation.
Adjust pressure and technique according to individual client needs and comfort levels.

Administer facial treatments using high-quality skincare products, including cleansing, exfoliation, masks, and moisturizing, tailored to the client’s skin type and concerns.
Offer body treatments, including body wraps, scrubs, and detoxifying services, ensuring the skin is nourished and revitalized.
Provide professional advice on skincare routines and recommend products for home use.

Conduct various wellness treatments like reflexology, aromatherapy, and scalp treatments to promote relaxation and holistic health.
Ensure the spa environment is tranquil, safe, and hygienic for clients, maintaining a calm and peaceful atmosphere throughout all treatments.

Adhere to all health and safety standards, including sanitation practices, infection control, and proper usage of spa equipment and products.
Follow guidelines for the safe handling and storage of massage oils, lotions, and other products used in treatments.
Ensure all equipment is maintained, cleaned, and sterilized as per industry standards.

Greet clients warmly and make them feel comfortable and relaxed during their spa visit.
Ensure clients have a positive experience by offering high levels of service, attention to detail, and personalized care.
Address any concerns or complaints professionally, ensuring a resolution that maintains client satisfaction and loyalty.
Offer additional services or retail products, such as skincare or wellness items, to enhance the client experience.

Maintain the spa's cleanliness and organization, ensuring treatment rooms are set up and sanitized before and after each session.
Ensure all linens, towels, and robes are clean and available for use by clients.
Assist in the general upkeep of the spa area, including maintaining inventory levels of products used in treatments.
