Main Responsibilities in the classroom is to help his/her student:

Collaborating with parents, psychologists and designer –understand the core learning and care needs of the child from the parents and the therapists.
Implement ILAP as suggested by the designer and KLAY team to provide the requisite safe and learning environment to the child the stakeholders.
Take care of the specific feed/nap requirements of the child.
Record the developmental progress and challenges faced if any.
Share feedback with the stakeholders on the decided frequency.
Stay focused – incase of incidents or any challenges, takes appropriate actions and report to all the stakeholders.
Participate in the PTC along with the assessor.
Participate appropriately in ILAP zone.
