Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or Speech Therapy from a recognized institution

Valid RCI Registration (preferred)

Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with speech and language delays, articulation disorders, or neurodevelopmental conditions

Ability to conduct virtual therapy sessions independently using platforms like Zoom/Google Meet
-
Experience in designing customized therapy plans for speech, language, and communication development
-
Excellent communication and listening skills to work effectively with both children and parents
-
Proficiency in tracking progress and providing periodic reports and feedback to families
-
Comfortable with using digital tools for therapy materials and content
-
Language proficiency: English or Hindi (regional language is a plus)

Passionate, patient, and enthusiastic about making a difference in children’s lives

Experience in early intervention and working with special needs children

Familiarity with virtual therapy tools and techniques

Ability to create engaging, home-based practice activities for parents

Multilingual therapy experience (bonus)
