SRF/1 Post
Project Name: “Robust and Efficient Small Area Estimation Methods for Agricultural and SocioEconomic Surveys and their Application in Indo-Genetic Plain”
Project Name: “Pilot Study for developing State level estimates of crop area and production on the basis of sample sizes recommended by Professor Vaidyanathan Committee report”
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Agricultural Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/Statistics Agricultural Economics/ Computer Science/ Computer Application or equivalent subjects, with 4 years/5years of Bachelor’s degree, Or 3 years Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years professional Master degree like M.Sc(Ag), MCA. Or Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualification.
Desirable: (iv) Experience of Working knowledge of R/SAS software, (v) Experience of working with NSSO data, (vi) Good Communication skills.
Emoluments: Consolidated Rs. 25,000/- per month for first and second year + 30% HRA; and Rs. 28,000/- per month for third year + 30% HRA.
