Job Description
· To monitor all patient care services and ensure adherence to quality protocol.
· Prepare treatment plan/’Plan of Care’ in consultation with treating specialists for each patient on admission.
· To assist and supervise patient’s investigations and pre & post-operative management.
· Staff Nurse will coordinate with clinicians and other departments for patient care and smooth running of the unit.
· To prepare and keep all indicators as per NABH & ISO.
