Overview:

Bodhi Mind Care Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have completed their GNM qualification and have between 0 to 4 years of experience in nursing. As a staff nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring patient safety, and supporting the medical team in delivering excellent healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, managing IVs, and monitoring vital signs.

· Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and procedures as directed by physicians and senior nursing staff.

· Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting care plans, treatments, and patient progress.

· Educate patients and their families on health care plans, post-treatment care, and wellness practices.

· Ensure a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients.

· Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

· Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.

· Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and professional ethics.

Qualifications and Skills:

· GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) qualification is mandatory.

· 0 to 4 years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.

· Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing care practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

· Compassionate and patient-cantered approach to care.

· Basic computer skills and proficiency in using healthcare software.

Working Conditions:

· Full-time position with rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

· Physically demanding job requiring long periods of standing, walking, and occasional lifting of patients.
