Job Description
- Eligibility-ANM, GNM
- Work experience- Atleast 2 years Department- NICU, OT, Infection control nurse, Triage
- Should have Nursing registration
- Administers, directs and coordinates activities of Patient Care Administration and is responsible for the recommendation, development and implementation of infection control Actions, and for keeping the Nursing Supervisor/General Manager informed of both progress and potential problems.
- Responsible for the direction and evaluation of patient care delivery.
- Maintains operational aspects in collaboration with other service areas
- Administer self-management plans to empower patients, family members and caregivers to facilitate participation in their own health management
- Deliver evidence-based care in collaboration with inter-professional teams
- Facilitate admission, transfer and discharge of patients
- Facilitate transition of care coordination within and between teams and across settings
- Implement clinical risk and quality improvement initiatives and activities
