Wound Care: Provide wound care and apply sterile dressings.
Patient Comfort: Ensure patient comfort and well-being, providing emotional support and addressing their needs.
Hygiene and Comfort: Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and home care instructions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Reporting: Report any changes in patients' conditions or concerns to the healthcare team.
