Job Description

- Greet and Welcome all the customers

- Assist the customers in placing orders over the counter & through the App

- Help in suggestive/upselling during order taking across the counter

- Delight the customer at every moment of truth by delivering the best in class service inside the restaurant

- Serve the customers on time with the correct order - Attend to any customer concern and resolve as per process; escalate critical concerns to managers

- Ensure that the customer area including the counter & restroom are always kept clean

- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, safety & security - Perform any other duties as provided by the Restaurant Manager

- Willing to work in Shift - Always wear a SMILE to work

Desired Profile

Education:

- 10th Pass / Graduates & Hotel Management will be preferred - Communication skills

– English and local language

- Well groomed and presentable

- Age should be below 35 Years

- Ready to work in Shifts

- Ready to take challenges

Experience

Similar experience will be preferred/Fresher
