Key Responsibilities
1. Food & Beverage Service

Assist in serving food and beverages to guests in a professional manner.

Ensure that tables are properly set, clean, and arranged before service.

Provide menu information and assist guests in selecting food and drinks.
2. Cleanliness & Hygiene Maintenance
-
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.

Follow proper sanitation and hygiene standards while handling food and utensils.

Ensure proper dishwashing and kitchen cleanliness.
3. Guest Service & Interaction
-
Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive dining experience.

Respond to customer requests, queries, and complaints professionally.

Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
4. Inventory & Stock Management
-
Ensure that cutlery, crockery, and napkins are adequately stocked.
-
Assist in receiving and storing food supplies properly.
-
Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor.
