Designation: Steward
- Serve customers in a fast, efficient & friendly manner
- Provide customers with information regarding food ingredients, availability and pricing- Escalate customer concerns and complaints to management
- Assist customers with paying for products
- Maintaining a hygienic environment by cleaning surfaces & equipment regularly
- Clearing plates and cutlery from tables to prepare for incoming customers
- Responding to customers feedbacks questions and complaints
- Operating coffee machines and other equipments
- Welcoming & seating customers
- Taking orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system
- Promote the curated menu & recommend a dish they haven't tried before for a delightful new experience.
Skills required:-
- Proven work experience as a food service worker or similar role
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Basic mathematical skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Team spirit
- Flexible to work in shifts
