Manage guest seating and ensure a smooth flow of service.
Support the F&B Manager or Captain with operational tasks and step in to manage operations during their absence if needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, including managing table settings, linens, and dining equipment.
Assist with operational tasks such as setting up dining areas for service and breaking down service areas after shifts.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food handling.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as necessary
Comply with health and safety regulations
