Job Description
- Candidate must have stock knowledge.
- Minimum experience-6months
- Assisting clients with inquiries regarding their stock portfolio, trades etc.
- Keeping abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Responsible for ensuring that all customers’ inquiries are handled on timely manner, also responsible for Quality Assurance and Problems solving,
- Directly deals with customers face-to-face, or by telephone, handle follow up calls /escalations hard calls when required.
- Receive and record customer orders (sell& buy) and send them to operation department to be executed.
- Receive freeze and unblocking stocks requests and follow up the process till done.
- Provide back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.
