Job Description

Need Store incharge to Manage business Transaction with Good Interaction and Behaviour, maintaining Customer records. Attractive Salary and Incentives provided.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Oversee and manage the inventory of laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment.

Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.

Order and restock supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Staff Supervision:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of laundry staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.

Train new employees on laundry processes, safety protocols, and equipment use.

Schedule shifts and manage timekeeping records for staff.

Customer Service:

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Ensure that all customer orders are processed and delivered on time.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.

Operational Efficiency:

Monitor and optimize laundry processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all laundry operations.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular quality checks on laundered items to ensure they meet company standards.

Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.

Maintenance and Repairs:

Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure all laundry equipment is in good working condition.

Schedule regular maintenance and address any equipment breakdowns promptly.

Skills:
