Job Description

Store Keeper job includes keeping store organised, doing billing . Activities generally - learning billing software - good movement and organising in selves- decent mannerism with customers - following rules and regulations of the store.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory and stock control at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining records of materials and supplies. This role requires strong attention to detail, record-keeping skills, and experience in warehouse/store management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movement.
Conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials for easy identification.

2. Receiving & Issuing Goods

Verify incoming shipments for quantity and quality as per purchase orders.
Inspect materials for any damages or discrepancies and report accordingly.
Issue materials, tools, and equipment as per requisition requests.

3. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain updated records of stock movement, purchases, and consumption.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly inventory reports to management.
Use inventory management software or manual registers to track stock.

4. Store Maintenance & Safety

Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Follow safety and security protocols for handling goods and materials.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics teams for stock procurement.
