Job Description

Looking for an ideal candidate for ice cream parlour in Besant Nagar. Full time. No formal Qualification required. Training will be provided. Communication in Tamil, English required.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop store team members.
- Create a positive team culture through coaching, motivation, and regular feedback.
- Schedule and manage staff effectively to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set developmental goals for staff.
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards throughout the store.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently provided by all staff.
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Foster a welcoming, customer-first environment.
Sales & Financial Management:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and profit goals.
- Manage store budgets, expenses, and payroll efficiently.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and minimize losses through theft or fraud.
Safety & Compliance:
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following all health and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure emergency procedures are in place.
- Ensure all legal and compliance documents are up to date.
