DESIGNATION: STORE SALES EXECUTIVE – FEMALE (0-2 Yrs Exp)

Job Summary - We are looking for young and energetic Female candidates to handle customers for our Premium Women’s Ethnic Wear Store in Alwarpet, Chennai.

Job Specification -

* Good Communication Skills (English and Tamil – necessary, Hindi - Desirable)

* Pleasing personality.

* Patience to handle the customers.

* Prior retail experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively.

Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Manage merchandise displays and ensure that the retail space is well-organized.

Track and manage inventory levels, and report shortages or discrepancies.

Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.

Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
