v Greet and direct customers

v Handle walk-in customers and understand their needs

v Take care of sale, up selling and cross-selling of products/services

v Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

v All incoming customer should behave with good manners.

It is a Full Time & Part Time Retail / Sales job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.

Salary: Full Time – 13k to 16k & Part Time- 6k to 7k

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Assistance

Greet customers and assist them in selecting products based on their needs.
Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and offers.
Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques.

2. Store Operations & Inventory Management

Maintain an organized and well-stocked store display.
Keep track of inventory levels and report stock shortages.
Assist in stock management, restocking shelves, and product arrangement.

3. Billing & Payment Processing

Handle cash, card, and digital payments at the billing counter.
Generate invoices and issue receipts to customers.
Maintain accurate sales records and daily transactions.

4. Customer Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
Address customer queries, complaints, and product returns.
Inform customers about new arrivals, discounts, and promotions.

5. Store Cleanliness & Display Maintenance

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Arrange products to enhance store aesthetics and customer experience.
