Job Description

Requirements:

Knowledge of excel is must like- V-lookup, H-lookup, Validation.

Basic knowledge of any Software .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision of Warehouse Staff:

• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Allocate duties and monitor performance.

• Ensure all staff comply with safety and company procedures.

2. Inventory Management:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.

• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Implement inventory control systems and manage stock movement.

3. Order Fulfillment:

• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

• Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of goods according to schedules.

• Address any issues related to delayed or incorrect deliveries.

4. Warehouse Organization:

• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout for easy access and safety.

• Ensure proper labeling and storage of all products.

• Oversee cleanliness and upkeep of the warehouse.

5. Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.

• Train staff in safe handling of goods and equipment.

6. Reporting and Communication:

• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and staff performance.

• Collaborate with other departments (logistics, procurement, sales) for smooth operations.

• Handle customer queries or complaints related to warehouse operations.

7. Problem Solving:

• Identify and resolve any operational issues within the warehouse.

• Work proactively to prevent potential disruptions in the supply chain.
