Job Title:* Street Food Chinese Cook
*Reports to: Owner

*Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Street Food Chinese Cook to join our team! As a Street Food Chinese Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of traditional Chinese street food dishes for our customers. If you have a passion for Chinese cuisine and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

*Responsibilities:*
- Prepare and cook Chinese street food dishes, such as dumplings, noodles, stir-fries, and skewers

- Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality of dishes

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards

- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet high demand during peak hours

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed

- Develop new menu ideas and recipes to keep offerings fresh and exciting

*Requirements:*
- 2+ years of experience in Chinese cooking, preferably in a street food or fast-food setting

- Knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

- Excellent customer service skills

- Basic English communication skills (additional languages a plus)

- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods

*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Experience working in a food truck or cart environment

- Familiarity with local health and safety regulations

- Creativity and innovation in menu development
