Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Be able to demonstrate abilities in research and design.
- Have good experience of handling the team / should be having leadership qualities.
- Be able to demonstrate potential for design.
- Develop working relationships with experts internally for technology.
- Have a strong mindset and effectively communicate the requirements of design within the department.
- Use brilliant interpersonal and engineering skills to design new products and incorporate changes to the existing products.
- Have a good knowledge in design.
- Prepare G.A drawing of equipment and part’s detail drawing.
· Prepare detailed fabrication for Platform.
· Design and Development of belt, conveyor, elevator, bearing, pulleys.
· To complete the design of all mechanical / structural calculations of a product and check all related assembly and part drawing.
· Involved in the estimation and costing of all design.
· Creating main assembly drawing, part drawing BOM.
· Preparing structural calculations.
- Have good knowledge in calculation of structure, power rating, bending moment, shear force.
- Have experience in AUTOCAD, CATIA, SOLID WORK, PRO-E AND 3D software.
Qualifications:
· B.E.(Mech.)
· Good Working knowledge of AutoCAD & Solid Work.
Other Skills:
· Candidate should be from Lift / elevators/ Crane industry or material handling or from Heavy Machinery.
· Organized and detail-oriented
· Fast-paced, works with a get-it-done attitude
· Creative and a problem solver
· Ability to see 'big picture' and to prioritize
· Ability to build relationships at all levels and influence change to help teams deliver value
· Experience in simplifying processes, challenging status quos
· Good written and oral communication skills
