Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Student and Career Counselor to guide students and parents in making informed career and academic decisions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting students with program selection, admissions, and application processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to counsel them on courses, career options, and admission processes.
* Guide students and parents about career options, courses, colleges, and admissions.
* Assist students in selecting suitable programs based on their interests, qualifications, and career aspirations.
* Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert inquiries into enrollments.
* Maintain an updated database of inquiries, track follow-ups, and ensure timely responses.
* Address student queries regarding scholarships, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
* Provide information about education loans, visa procedures, and overseas education opportunities.
Requirements:
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: 12th grade or above (graduates preferred).
• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in tele-counseling, sales, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written proficiency in English and regional languages.
• Interpersonal skills: Ability to engage with students, understand their needs, and provide tailored career guidance.
• Industry knowledge: Basic understanding of education admissions (domestic or overseas) is preferred.
