Job Description

Requirements: A graduate or undergraduate degree, female, aged between 18-30 years with good communication skills.
Responsibilities: Making outbound calls for admissions, persuasively communicating with potential students, Parents and Student Counselling-Online or offline , Telephonically , and reporting to the Coordinator and Centre Manager. other task assigned by centre manage
Maintain and update the database of all the inquiries.
Fee tracking and follow up.
Any other activity that may be required to build good student relationships.
Maintain daily individual work tracker
Should be willing to work on weekends on a rotation basis
Handle student complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Responsible to revert on mails and Requests based on the program
