Job Summary :-
A Subject Matter Expert (SME) is a vital source of knowledge, capability, or expertise in Business subjects.
The SME functions as the organizational representative for his/her knowledge area, and applies his/her expertise to support the strategic direction of the organization. He/she should be capable and willing to work on core Business subjects. Extensive work on computer system since the job requires online answering through Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and other applications.
Core Job activities :-
Round 1 - Online MCQ based Subject Test (70% Score is considered as qualified)
Round 2 - Online MCQ based English Test (50% Score is considered as qualified)
Round 3 - Hiring Manager Discussion
Round 4 - HR Discussion

- Authoring Solutions for advanced questions from General Business textbooks
- Online answering of General Business questions posted by students abroad
- Quality review of solutions given by external answers
- Content feedback and online tutoring
- Video Content Reviews
- Work on domain specific Ad-hoc Projects
- MBA/PGDM in Operations OR MBA/PGDM (Any specialization) with BTECH (Mechanical/Electrical) (Mandatory)
- Fresher OR 1- 4 years experienced as a teacher/lecturer OR anyone with strong subject knowledge is eligible to apply
- Having a good knowledge of Operations Management
- Ability to assess and provide quality content.
- Excellent verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Job Location - Jasola, Delhi
- Annual CTC Range : 3.5 LPA - 4.5 LPA (Depends upon experience and interview results)
- 5 Days Working (Rotational Week-offs)
- Rotational Shifts (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (A), 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM (B), 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM (C) & 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM(G). (C Shift is NOT allotted to female employees))
