Job Description

Wood door factory in Narol need supervisor for handling the factory, time is 9 to 7. Work is to handle staff and manage production, training will be given by us and should understand Gujarati and Hindi.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the production team

Allocate resources and monitor production schedules to ensure deadlines are met

Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet customer specifications

Oversee the training and development of production staff

Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
