Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer networks and systems (MS Windows)
2. Configure and maintain LAN, Network configuration, Router configuration, etc.
3. Assist in the installation and configuration of software applications
4. Create and update documentation for IT processes and procedures
5. Prepare specs for new desktops and server PC
6. Support the IT security upgrade for the LAN (explore and find alternate solutions, trial software, etc. and find best-suited one for the requirements)
