Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and plans to meet the organization's staffing needs and goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the position's responsibilities and qualifications.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional associations, to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidates and identify and assess their skills, experience, and cultural fitment and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry professionals for future staffing needs.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and proactively recommend improvements to recruitment processes and strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless document verification, and onboarding process for new hires and facilitate effective communication between new employees and their managers.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and provide regular reports to management.
- Consistently meet the defined performance metrics.
