Job Description
- As an Associate Recruiter, GHP Global will provide you with its industry-leading training program that will give you the tools and insight you’ll need to identify and develop relationships with IT consultants who are interested in working locum tenens assignments.
- Our Sales team is the lifeblood of our business, it powers our ability to provide best-in-class service to our Healthcare, Finance, Public sector, and Education industry clients and now we’re looking for talented individuals to join the team.
- The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for taking part in GHP Global’s industry-leading training program and supporting the organization’s business objectives by sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and placing IT professionals to work at client sites across the US.
- The Associate Recruiter will become the internal staffing expert by effectively building relationships and production to grow a strong base of providers.
Associate Recruiter Responsibilities
- Attend daily training meetings to become a subject matter expert in the IT staffing industry
- Call into the marketplace to identify medical professionals who are interested in working temporary contracting assignments. This includes cold-calling, following up on leads, networking, and other techniques
- Develop a professional relationship with the recruited providers
- Track availability and submit providers to appropriate assignments
- Ensure quality customer service for providers on assignment
Associate Recruiter Qualifications
- Excellent work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- MBA's degree (preferred)
- Strategic thinking & ability to execute results
- Determination to achieve objectives
- Ability to overcome objections
- Adaptability and flexibility to support the organization’s growth
