Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform job posting on internal and external job boards.
- Screen resumes and applications from various job portals to identify qualified candidates.
- Contact candidates to assess on technical competencies before surfacing to TAM for further review.
- Manage overall interviews arrangements, including schedule interviews and communication to candidates on interview arrangement.
- Ensure timely responses to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies by conducting research on recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Assist in organizing and participating in career fair/campus hiring/other recruitment events.
- Manage the recruitment records and ensure completeness of all mandatory documents to be saved in employees’ personal files.
- Assist with other administrative tasks on Adhoc basis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Any graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Highly organized and able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Knowledge in SAP and Workday
- People centric with a passion for process excellence
- Strong communication skills
- Creative, flexible, and able to think out of the box whenever assigned to Adhoc projects.
