Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sourcing matching profiles using various unconventional techniques using Job Boards, Job Postings, Social Media, Head Hunting, References, Professional Network etc.

Screening and validating candidates to ensure the best quality through robust interviewing techniques

Documentation of the interviews for the ease of decision making

Communicate with the Candidates and Hiring Manager for the interview schedules and feedbacks

Follow up with the selected candidates and ensuring their joining

Maintaining systematic and comprehensive reports on daily, weekly, monthly tasks

Maintain the candidates database

Note : Candidate must have Laptop with good internet
