About the internship
Recro is seeking a talented and enthusiastic intern to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Acquisition intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and evolving industry. With your excellent spoken and written English proficiency and proficiency in MS-Excel, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various platforms and channels
2. Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews for potential candidates
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
4. Manage and update our applicant tracking system with candidate information and progress
5. Support the creation of job descriptions and other recruitment materials
6. Conduct interviews and collaborate with the internal teams
