· Organizing placements & supporting students in the process

· Prospecting & associating with new clients

· Maintains contact with clients to obtain information on job opportunities, develop and enhance working relationships, and facilitate placement

· Understanding the manpower requirement of the client & mapping student profile

· Maintains a database of employment possibilities

· Conduct periodic checks with the placed candidates to sustain placement and post-placement follow-up work.

· Well-versed in record Keeping and Managing Database

· Plans, schedules, and delivers presentations on career development, career skills, and career opportunities.
