About the internship
1. Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Strategic Sourcing: Implement innovative strategies to attract diverse talent via job boards, social media, career fairs, and university partnerships.
3. Interview Coordination & Candidate Assessment: Manage interview logistics and perform initial screenings to evaluate fit and qualifications.
4. HR Projects: Engage in projects aimed at HR process improvement, analytics, and enhancing employee engagement.

1. Experience: Previous internship experience in talent acquisition required.
2. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and Google Workspace.
4. Soft Skills: Quick learner, excellent problem-solving abilities, outstanding communication, and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal and assessment capabilities, and an eye for detail.
