- Provide support in hiring of talent at the
Jio centers with focus on
Home Business (Direct/indirect) - Source resumes from various job portals and employee referrals
- Shortlist and schedule interviews
- Drive walk in, social media campaigns, tie up
with NGOs/Skill
councils - Offer processing in hiring portal,
preboarding, joining and
documentation
Education Requirement :
- Graduate in any discipline ( PG or Diploma in HR preferred)
Experience Requirement :
- 1 - 3 years in mass recruitment
Skills & Competencies :
- Knowledge of job portals
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Speak local language
- Target orientation
