We are looking for Tally Trainer for handling classes to the college students, he/she should willing to travel to Erode or Tiruppur for once in a week. We need dedicated staff to handle the classes. we are looking for immediate joining for the job.

Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs on Tally ERP software.
Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and exercises.
Conduct both classroom and online training sessions.
Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Tally ERP.
Provide troubleshooting support and resolve any software-related issues.
Coordinate with other departments to understand training needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify content as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience with Tally ERP software preferred.
Previous experience in conducting training or teaching.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of varying skill levels.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Certification in Tally is a plus.
