Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tamil Tele caller to handle customer inquiries, promote products/services, and ensure excellent customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Tamil, along with a customer-focused approach.
We are looking for a Tamil Tele caller to handle customer inquiries, promote products/services, and ensure excellent customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Tamil, along with a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support.
- Clearly explain product features, pricing, and offers in Tamil.
- Maintain customer details in the CRM system and follow up as required.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to business growth.
- Handle customer grievances professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Work closely with the sales and support teams for smooth customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass or a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Fluency in Tamil (spoken and written) and basic knowledge of English.
- Previous experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or Sales Representative is a plus.
- Strong convincing skills, patience, and a polite attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
