1. Tea Preparation & Brewing

Prepare and serve various types of tea, including masala chai, green tea, herbal tea, and specialty blends.

2. Customer Service & Interaction

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.

3. Hygiene & Cleanliness

Maintain cleanliness of tea-making equipment, utensils, and workstations.

Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure quality standards.

Properly store tea leaves, milk, and other ingredients to maintain freshness.
4. Inventory & Stock Management

Keep track of tea leaves, milk, sugar, and other ingredients.

Ensure timely restocking of essential supplies.

Minimize waste and manage resources efficiently.
5. Creativity & Innovation

Develop new tea recipes and signature drinks.

Introduce seasonal or health-focused tea options to attract customers.
