Key Responsibilities
Lesson Planning and Instruction

Prepare daily, weekly, and term-wise lesson plans based on the curriculum and learning objectives.

Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons using a variety of instructional techniques including lectures, group activities, technology integration, and project-based learning.

Tailor lessons to meet the diverse learning needs, styles, and abilities of students.

Assessment and Evaluation

Design, administer, and grade tests, quizzes, assignments, and projects to assess student understanding and performance.

Prepare periodic progress reports and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student development.
Classroom Management

Establish and enforce clear rules and expectations to maintain discipline and order in the classroom.

Address behavioral issues promptly and effectively, in line with school policies.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during class hours and school activities.
Curriculum Development and Collaboration

Participate in the development and review of academic curricula to ensure alignment with educational standards.
