Job Time - 11pm to 4pm

Lead and manage a team in the health insurance sector. Full-Time employment with essential skills in attrition control, shrinkage management, health insurance background, reaching sales targets, call audits, RAG analysis, maintaining team KPI, and insurance sales expertise.

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of insurance professionals
Implement strategies to achieve sales targets
Conduct call audits for quality assurance
Analyze RAG reports and take corrective actions
Manage attrition and shrinkage effectively
Ensure team maintains KPIs for performance
Collaborate with senior management on team development

Skills:
Attrition control expertise
Shrinkage management skills
Background in health insurance industry
Proven track record of reaching sales targets
Experience in call audits and RAG analysis
Ability to maintain team KPIs
Strong knowledge of insurance sales practices
