Job Title: Team Member – Garamm! - India ka Canteen
Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 12K-13K, based on experience

Job Summary:
As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in food preparation, assembly, and kitchen operations across multiple brands. You will work with pre-prepared ingredients, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality and consistency standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about food.

Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation & Assembly:

• Prepare and assemble dishes according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Handle and mix pre-prepared SKUs to create final menu items.

• Ensure proper portioning, plating, and packaging for each order.
Kitchen Operations:

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards as per FSSAI guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

• Ensure efficient workflow and minimize food wastage.
Order Fulfillment & Coordination:

• Work closely with delivery teams to fulfill online orders promptly.

• Maintain consistency across multiple brands by following brand-specific preparation techniques.

• Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Inventory & Stock Management:

• Assist in receiving and storing ingredients from the central kitchen.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the kitchen manager.
Other Responsibilities:

• Adhere to company policies and operational guidelines.

• Support team members and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:

• Experience: 0-2 years in a cloud kitchen, QSR, or restaurant setting (freshers can apply).

• Skills:

• Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen operations.

• Ability to follow recipes and SOPs consistently.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Education: Ability to Read English; 10th or 12th is a plus

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
