Job Description
- We are hiring for the Inbound Technical Support Process for our Salt Lake Office
- Experience: 1year to 5years in Technical support(Computers, Printers and Router support in BPO)
- CTC: 1.5Lacs to 2.5Lacs
- Location: Kolkata (Saltlake)
- Shift: US Shift
- Process: Inbound Technical Support.
- Speaking with customers of US through cold calling and resolving issues.
- Provide them with solutions and relevant packages.
- Close calls with proper service and take payments from the authorise gateway
- Experience in international BPO for outbound sales
- Technical support experience preferable
- Must have good Communication skill
- Should have knowledge in call closing for tech support
- Flexible for Night shift
