Job Description

Job Title: Technical Customer Support Executive - Voice

Location: Sector 62, Noida

Job Type: Full-Time || Permanent Work from Office (WFO)

Working Days: 6 Days || Rotational Week Off


Shift Timings:

  • Male Candidates: 24x7 rotational shifts
  • Female Candidates: 7 AM to 7 PM Window

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical customer support via voice for troubleshooting software and hardware-related issues.
  • Efficiently handle customer queries related to technical problems, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding shifts and work schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and feedback processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Educational Qualification:
    • Freshers: Minimum graduate in Diploma/BE/B.Tech (preferably in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics).
    • Experienced Candidates: Can be undergraduate but must have a technical background with at least 1 year of experience in troubleshooting.

  • Skills Required:
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (Versant Level 5) and Hindi.
    • Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 85% accuracy.

  • Work Environment:
    • Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment.
    • Must have a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support.
