As a Technical Program Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage dependencies, optimize program and release workflows, and work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program & Project Management
- Plan, track, and execute technical projects from initiation to delivery.
- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Identify and mitigate risks, roadblocks, and bottlenecks.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, product, design, and business teams.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between product vision, engineering execution, and business goals.
3. Process Optimization & Agile Implementation
- Implement Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies for project tracking.
- Define and improve development workflows, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and team efficiency.
4. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Provide clear updates on project progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
- Manage external vendors, partners, and third-party integrations as needed.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of project plans, requirements, and reports.
5. Technical Leadership & Innovation
- Understand technical architectures, system integrations, and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Collaborate with engineers to define scalable, efficient, and high-quality solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
