Job Description

Required Qualifications:

· Female Candidate must

Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering degree for sales engineer)
Native fluency in Hindi, Marathi & English for business communication
High fluency in English for business communication with FPI global offices and factories
2 to 6 years of sales experience

Preferred Experience:

Experience working in the EPC business in one or more of the following sectors
(Power Plant, Desalination, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Processing, Industrial Plant, Oil & Gas, Sewer, Irrigation, Water Distribution, Marine & Offshore)
Manufacturing industry experience
Hands-on experience in review/comment of contract terms and conditions

Proactive sales attitude
Presentation Skills
Reporting skills
Able to work independently and under pressure
Good communicator with negotiation skills
Able to travel overseas or domestically for short to long term basis
Emphatic listener (with an intention to understand others point of view)

Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

The jobholder should have EPC industry knowledge, product knowledge, and sales and negotiation experience.
Responsible to protect, secure, and maintain the company’s image and objectives and its position in the market.
Capable of maintaining long-term client relationship and be able to communicate and further develop the relationship with key accounts.
Secure orders in line with the authority matrix given to him/her.

Prioritize and advise the proposal team on priority of action.
