Job Description

Must be Diploma or B. E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with min 3 to 7 years of sales experience into Gear Cutting tool.
Achieve the Sales Budget for Gear Cutting service in Central West India.
Account maintenance of existing customers, upselling, and cross selling opportunities in existing customer of PVD/ PACVD coatings.
Provide pre and post sales, technical support to customers, assist customer in feasibility evaluation and defining appropriate solutions and alternatives to fulfill customer needs.
Submit quotations, Price Negotiations.
Record CRM data, customer visits, quotations, opportunity management, planning numbers.
Collaboration with Customer Service Centre (CSC) for sampling & follow up sampling and testing results. ensure proper information transfer to CSC while sampling & production for successful serial production.
Provide and share all information about industries, customers, competitor & economic trends to Management.
Communicate related marketing symposiums, exhibitions for components to Management for participation decisions.
Continuously act as brand ambassador to promote and ensure company's branding and interests. Cooperate in all customers promotional events; collaborate in customer meetings, seminars, and exhibition.
Understanding of Matrix reporting and executing smoothly with Sales and PL functions.

Skills & Expertise

Must be Diploma or B. E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with min 3 to 7 into Gear Cutting tool sales.
Excellent Communication skills.
Creative and open-minded to collaborate with internal and external partners
Sales process knowledge.
CRM experience & basic computer knowledge like MS Office, PowerPoint etc.
Highly motivated and self-driven personality.
