Position Title: Technical Sales Executive
Location: Mohali (Night Shift)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Level: 0–1 year (Fresher’s are welcome to apply)
- Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Provide remote client support on inbound calls related to computers, printers, and related devices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues for US/Canada customers concerning computers and printers.
- Research prospects and generate leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone and email.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage the sales process using specific software tools.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive CRM database.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Actively participate in sales team meetings and collaborative efforts.
- Experience: 0–1 year in a customer care or related role (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a drive for success and a proactive approach.
- Confident communicator, particularly with business directors and C-level executives.
- Quick relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Cab Facility: Available for female candidates.
