Job Description
- Work with customers on technical issues received via phone call, web chat and e-mail. Complete research and provide solutions to customers within defined period.
- Achieve Support Operational Target and Business KPI like SLO / Customer satisfaction on quarterly and annual basis.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently to customers and internal staffs.
- Create the product solutions and Knowledge base articles for customer access via Support web site.
- Participate with Product Beta testing and help to improve the product quality.
- Deliver the product trainings at the office and customer site in Worldwide to meet the demand from customer.
- Deliver the training by virtual and face to face.
- Knowledge transfer for internal staff.
- Provide necessary Sales Support by Demonstrating Product functions, Demo and presentation.
