Responsibilities and Duties
- To provide solutions to technical problems through phone support or remote support that may arise in the customer place.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Qualification: Any Graduation / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ IT or related field
- Should have basic and advanced level skills on computer and understand the technical process.
- Preferred language skills – English & Hindi
- Fresher or Experienced
