Job Description
- Understanding customer issues and providing quick expert resolution via mail, chat phone or client site visit.
- Providing day to day Linux system admin activities
- Client-server maintenance and upgrade
- Installation of various software and operating systems
- Managing & maintaining LAN, wireless network, hardware, computer systems as and when required
- Installing and upgrading the server (Linux, Centos, Windows, etc)
- Handling customer network and dialer
- Configuring trunk lines & call routing
